trinity TAKES A BITE OUT OF CRIME

Trinity Orthodontics joined forces with McGruff, Dr. Scott Bennet and the Westminster Noon Rotary to take a bite out of Crime at Charles Semper Elementary School in Arvada Colorado!! Thank you Mrs. Kenner for letting us come visit with McGruff and learn tips on how to stop crime before it happens. Your students are wonderful!

Trinity Orthodontics sponsors dozens of special events throughout the year to celebrate our neighborhoods, educational programs and other diverse opportunities those in need. However, we have been hit by the economic crunch like everyone else. We'd still like to sponsor as many causes as possible, so dollar amounts may be lower than in prior years. Let us know how we can help.

Please see the guidelines below for proper submission of sponsorship requests. Proposals and inquiries must be submitted at least one month prior to the sponsorship event deadline for consideration.

What you need to know about Trinity Orthodontics:

Your sponsorship event should be logical and relevant to helping your community or those less fortunate. Events should offer ways for Trinity Orthodontics to become involved in your community, or school, whether through educational or social initiatives.

Please include the following information with your written proposal:

  • Timetable (due date for sponsorship funds, participation and artwork specs)
  • Specific sponsorship request (what is the sponsorship for, who/what does it benefit)
  • Specifics: (who is check made out to, mailing address for artwork and donations)
  • Not-for-profit status, if applicable
  • Board of Directors or Advisory Board members, if applicable
  • Publicity and print samples (clips/tapes/photos) from previous year
